Welcome to Rima by Garage Mobility, Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rima platform and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Accepting these terms
Using or accessing the Service means you agree to be bound by all the terms below. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. This agreement is entered into between you and Garage Mobility, Inc.
Use of the service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to Rima. We process your data to provide the Service and do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the documents you submit. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to upload, process, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems. You may not use the Service to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any disruption, modification, or termination of the Service.
Payment and billing
Pricing for the Service is discussed on a per-firm basis. By agreeing to a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garage Mobility, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
