We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; communicate with you; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Client documents processed by Rima are used solely to complete the requested task and are never used to train AI models.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. For client documents processed through Rima, your firm controls retention policy. When retention periods expire or accounts are closed, we delete data according to documented deletion procedures.
Security

Third-party services
We use third-party services to operate our platform, including AI providers with zero-retention agreements, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.
